Visualizing What You Want

One of the most powerful tools you can use for getting what you want is Visualization. Unfortunately many people don’t know how to do this, or do it correctly. If you learn the secret to proper visualization you will be well on your way to attracting what you want, but you must use what you learn!

Visualization is sort of like day dreaming. We all do it, and usually all day long. We think about things we are going to do later, what we want to do, where we are going, we dream about what we would like to do or where we would like to be. When you are reading a book or listening to someone talk, you are visualizing what you are reading or hearing. The hardest part of visualization is using it the right way to attract what you want and this is where people usually slip up and make mistakes.

The easiest way to understand how to visualize something the correct way it to think of it like day dreaming. When you are deep in thought, so deep in thought that everyone and everything around you seems to disappear, all you see, feel and sense is only that of your day dream, THAT is visualization. When are are visualizing something you want very badly, in order to get it, you need to be so deep in thought that everything else fades into the background and you aren’t aware of anything else but what you desire.

People ask all the time How do I visualize the things I want, I tell them the same way you visualize the things that you don’t want.  You see when you are feeling anxious and fearful you lock yourself away in your inner mind with those images.  You loose sight of other possibilities and if it is something that happened to you, then you recreate it in its full detail with all your emotions all over again.

Try to immerse yourself with full emotions when you are trying to create the things you want.  Many thoughts may come to distract you but if you will redirect your mind to what you do want your mind will be trained to hold that thought.
